Sandwich.net subscribes to the Realtime Blackhole List. They will also bill a spammer $500 per complaint received when a user of theirs spams. They also reserve the right to make a spammer's personal information (name, address, phone, etc.) available to the general public. If you're going to spam, these are the guys to NOT do it from!

SelfNet doesn't allow their users to send out spams. If a user is caught spamming, they will have their account temporarily suspended and they will be contacted by SelfNet before having service restored. If the user spams again, they risk having their service cancelled.

Shore.Net's MTA is set up to verify that domain names exist before accepting e-mail from them as well as preventing relaying. They also make spam filtering availible to their users.

SICA has a strong anti-spam policy and filters incoming and outgoing e-mail against spam for their users and web customers. They also have been providing a freeware product (SCSMFILTER Plus (E)) which is a freeware NT internet mail server (IMS) that can be found at http://www.sica.com/freestuf.

Simba Communications blocks relaying, as well e-mail from invalid domains. They are also subscribed to the RBL and nuke websites that are spamvertised.

SkuzNet Privacy Enhanced Internet Services (12 Apr 1998)

SkuzNET has implemented relay blocking, and only valid accounts can use their "Privacy Enhanced" SMTP server. Spamming from a SkuzNET user justifies cancellation of service with no refund.

SoftHome filters incoming e-mail against addresses that are used by spammers and monitors outbound network traffic to catch any of their users spamming. They are also reported to have responded to spam complaints within hours.

SparkNET Corporation (25 Dec 1996)

SparkNET not only prohibits sending spam from their systems, but also disallows use of their systems as drop-boxes for getting replies back from spam and forbids advertising web sites via spam.

SparkLIST, a Division of SparkNET, does not allow spamming, relaying of spam, forging of headers or any spam related behavior. They have a "one-strike, and you're out" policy against spammers.

Long known for turning the other way when their customers spammed, Sprint is finally cleaning up their act and taking responsibility with the spamming problem. Sprint has dropped Sallynet/Nancynet and has gotten IQ-Internet to stop spamming.

SSI has commercial customers who must abide by a strict policy regarding any mass e-mailings done by the company. They also disable relaying and have spam filters installed.

Stargate has anti-relay patches installed on their mailservers, and blocks by IP addresses and filters. They also have a very nice FAQ which talks about spam.

StarNet hosts corporate websites and does not allow their clients to spamvertise their sites or use StarNet systems as dropboxes after having sent spam. They also block relaying and use anti-spam filters.
